Abstract

A case is reported of a vascular ring in a ten month old child with a right-sided aortic arch and aberrant left subclavian arising from the left dorsal aortic root, with a patent left ductus arteriosus completing the vascular ring. The patient presented with marked dysphagia and had dramatic relief after division of the vascular ring.
