Information is given on the geographical distribution in EUROPE (excl. USSR), Austria, Belgium, Britain, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, West Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sicily, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, ASIA (excl.
