Abstract
An exact solution of dynamics on ultrametric spaces with transfer rates which are random not only on different hierarchy levels but also within each hierarchy level is provided. Closed-form expressions are given for the autocorrelation function and the average time-dependent distance traveled by a diffusing particle. The solutions allow study of the influence of disorder on various quantities decaying on an ultrametric space.
