Abstract

AbstractFollowing to the pervious chapter, chaotic dynamics of narrow-stripe edge-emitting semiconductor lasers with optical feedback are theoretically and experimentally studied. Various types of chaotic routes of period-doubling, quasi-period-doubling, and intermittent bifurcations are demonstrated.
