Abstract

The dynamics of products of glycolipid metabolism and enzyme activity in blood serum of the Yakut horse breed depending on ecotypes and different natural and climatic conditions of Yakutia are investigated. Adaptation of Yakut horses to extreme climatic conditions is accompanied by a significant change in AST and ALT activity, content of alkaline phosphatase, cholesterol, triglycerides, urea, and glucose and has distinct seasonal expressivity.
