The morbidity of the population includes primary incidence, prevalence (cumulative incidence), and the frequency of diseases established during medical examinations. Various data are used to analyze and process information about morbidity: data on medical aid appealability, data from the results of routine medical examinations, and data from the analysis of the causes of death. In dynamics from 2015 to 2020, general morbidity of the population of the Orenburg Region was characterized by the fact that the morbidity rates of respiratory diseases still ranked first, while diseases of the circulatory organs ranked second. Diseases of the digestive system, which previously occupied the 6th ranking position, moved to the third place. The primary incidence of the population from 2015 to 2020 was characterized by the fact that the morbidity of respiratory diseases also remained in first place, while injuries, poisoning and some other consequences of external causes ranked second. Diseases of the circulatory system, which previously occupied the 5th ranking place, moved to the third place.
