Abstract
To study dynamics of exciton magnetic polaron in a quantum-well (QW) structure, we have grown the Cd 0.95Mn 0.05Te ZnTe QW in which the Mn ions are incorporated into well layers. Magnetic field dependence of the steady-state and time-resolved photoluminescence (PL) spectra under the selective excitations demonstrates the formation of localized magnetic polaron. The evaluated formation time of localized magnetic polaron is found to be considerably small as compared with that in the bulk.
