Abstract

Temporal evolution of the density, n HS, of photoexcited high-spin (HS) sites in a spin-crossover film (Nafion-[Fe(Htrz) 3]; Htrz=1,2,4-4H-triazole) was investigated at 4 K under various excitation power densities, I. We have found that the temporal evolution of n HS slows down when I approaches a critical excitation power density (I c ≈250 mW/cm 2) .
