Abstract
We study the dynamics of two interacting electrons in acoupled-quantum-dot system with a time-dependent external electricfield. The numerical results of the two-particle states reveal thatthe dynamical localization still exists under appropriate dc and acvoltage amplitudes. Such localization is different from the stationarylocalization phenomenon. Our conclusion is instructive for the field ofquantum function devices.
