Abstract

We describe a new approach to hadron dynamics which includes the combined effects of weak and electromagnetic interactions. Symmetry breakings in the strong Hamiltonians are determined by weak and electromagnetic forces in a self consistent way. The effects of weak corrections, computed at second order with a cut-off Λ( G 2 ≈ 1) coincide with those computed to all orders in a model with a neutral vector boson. A one parameter family solutions is found, depending on θ, and comparison with the observed breaking parameters leads to sin θ ≈ 0.22.
