Abstract

The decay D 0→ K 0 ϕ is discussed using hard meson techniques. It is found that the leading, equal-time commutator can provide by itself a large enhancement factor, leading to a branching ratio of the right order of magnitude. As a byproduct it is predicted that F +→ π + ϱ 0 should be observed at the level of ten percent.
