Abstract
Parameters of dynamically averaged EPR and NMR spectra are calculated. The formulae, relating averaged crystal tensor components and local molecular tensors for two identical resonance centers in crystals of C 2, C 2 h , or C 2 v symmetry, are presented. The cases of the g 2 tensor in EPR spectra of Cu(II) ions and the quadrupole coupling eQq tensor in NMR of deuterons are discussed.
