Abstract

Design of feedback controllers for systems that are modeled by partial differential equations can be performed using semigroup theory. In this technique, the system dynamics are written using operators, which make the dynamics look like ordinary differential equations in Banach space. The research work to design feedback controllers for traffic routing using this formulation is not complete and is in its infancy.
