Abstract

In this paper, on the basis of the existing dynamic resistance measurement method and data processing method, a complete set of SF6 circuit breaker dynamic resistance measurement, analysis and diagnosis of contact ablation degree system is proposed. Its advantage is that the contact ablation degree state can be obtained by dynamic resistance method without dismantling the SF6 circuit breaker arc extinguishing chamber, which provides great convenience for the contact condition maintenance of field circuit breakers. The whole system is composed of dynamic resistance test hardware and contact ablation diagnosis system. The dynamic resistance data of the circuit breaker is taken in the field to obtain the dynamic resistance-stroke curve in real time and analyze it. The contact ablation diagnosis system is optimized to further calculate the contact state diagnosis parameters. The results show that the system has good operability, the dynamic resistance image is stable and controllable, and the overall time is very short. It is suitable for the field to provide accurate information for the ablation state of the circuit breaker contact.
