Abstract

Based on the excellent performance of negative Poisson's ratio material in vibration and noise reduction, the negative Poisson's ratio material is applied to design the structural of ship and other vibration damping foundation supports. In this paper, a dynamic vibration damping foundation support is designed based on the negative Poisson's ratio reentrant structure. Under the muti-body system dynamics, the element model of negative poisson's ratio vibration foundation support is established by the Lagrangian equation, and the dynamic behavior of the structure is observed by applying harmonic force, Vibration level drop is adopted to evaluate the reduction buffering and vibration damping performance of foundation support damping structures. The vibration level drop is obtained through experimental analysis, it proves that the support structure can be used to reduce vibration, and the article provides a new modeling method and idea for analyzing similar structures.
