Abstract
The washing machine is one of the household appliances commonly used in people’s family life, and the noise and vibration problems during work are getting more and more attention. The suspension system is an important vibration isolation component of the washing machine. Because its stiffness is much smaller than the support stiffness of the inner barrel, it plays a leading role in the mechanical properties of the system. This paper focuses on the suspension system of a certain type of washing machine. Through some assumptions and simplifications, the dynamic model of the suspension system is established based on the Lagrangian equation. The accuracy of the kinetic model is verified by finite element simulation and experiment, which has certain significance for the vibration and noise reduction of the washing machine.
