Abstract

Based on the multi-body dynamics theory, the whole vehicle dynamics simulation model of mining truck is established with the help of ADAMS simulation software. Verify the steady-state steering characteristics of the whole vehicle; Simulate the dynamic performance of the whole vehicle under typical working conditions such as uneven road surface and obstacle crossing in the mining area. Determine the distribution of dynamic load of tramcar under various limit conditions, and abandon the design disadvantages of relying on designer experience and analogy of tramcar parameters of the same tonnage to determine each static load. With the help of computer simulation tools, reduce the manufacturing cost of mining truck, shorten the development cycle and provide product quality. It provides a reliable theoretical basis for the whole vehicle design of mining truck.
