Abstract
In view of the problem that the spiral reinforcement material plate is out of sync due to the rotation speed during the work of the reinforcement cage roll welding machine, the spiral reinforcement is broken or loose. By discretizing the steel wire into several micro segments, the dynamic model of steel wire winding based on ADAMS virtual prototype technology is established. By analyzing the motion relationship between the material disc and the flower disc in the roll welding machine, the functional relationship between the material disc speed and time is fitted, so as to realize the dynamic simulation of steel wire winding. By analyzing the stress condition of steel wire micro segments, the accuracy of the material disc fitting speed is verified, At the same time, it provides a basis for the automation transformation and detection control scheme of roll welding machine.
