Abstract

The dynamic magnetic hysteresis properties of a mixed ferrimagnetic Ising model, consisting of the half-integer (σ = 3/2) and half-integer (S = 5/2) spins on square lattice, have been studied by using dynamic effective-field theory (DEFT). The effects of temperature, crystal-field and frequency on the dynamic magnetic hysteresis curves are discussed comprehensively. Moreover, we obtain dynamic remanent magnetization and coercive field of mixed spin (3/2, 5/2) Ising system.
