Abstract
The methods which based on the fuzzy least squares support vector machines (LS-SVM) theory and dynamic inverse control theory, are applied to design the nonlinear missile control system. The nonlinear systems are transformed into linear system on dynamic inversion law. The nonlinear system inverse error caused by modeling error and uncertain factors is regulated with fuzzy LS-SVM. Fuzzy LS-SVM parameter adjustment is derived by Lyapunov function, proving the stability of the nonlinear system. With the help of simulations, the design of missile control system can not only realize nonlinear control, but also possess excellent robustness and meet the designing requirement.
