Abstract

In this paper, we analyze the dynamic impacts on energy intensity from energy price, technological progress, and ICT investment changes based on comparable Input-Output table series using translog cost function. We conclude that energy price change has essential impacts on energy intensity. Induced technological progress also can save energy. Along with time going, the investment adjustment will be attenuated.
