Abstract
웹서비스로 구현되는 SOA(Service Oriented Architecture)에 대한 포괄적인 품질평가 체제를 제시한다. SOA 이해 당사자들의 품질평가 요청에 동적으로 반응할 수 있도록 품질평가를 위한 웹 데이터베이스인 SQEDB의 운영이 제안된다. 품질평가와 관련된 모든 SOA 이해당사자들의 활동이 이 데이터베이스에서 통합되어 지속적으로 갱신되는 (동적) 통합 품질 모형이 구현될 수 있다. 품질 모형의 이러한 동적 통합을 바탕으로, SOA의 웹서비스와 연계하여 이 데이터베이스를 운영함으로써 평가에 관여하는 어느 시점에서나 모든 이해당사자들의 상호작용과 협력이 가능한 동적 품질평가 모형의 틀이 구성된다. 이 SQEDB 데이터베이스의 갱신된 자료들을 활용하는 실제적인 평가과정이 평가조정자 및 평가지원자의 역할과 함께 제시된다.
