Abstract

The nonequilibrium critical dynamics of the 3D Ising spin glass, following a quench to the critical temperature from T= infinity , are used to measure both the dynamical exponent z and the static exponent eta . The results for z and eta are quite sensitive to the value assumed for Tc, although the ratio (2- eta )/z is rather insensitive, and close to the value 0.39 obtained by Huse (1989). Taking Tc=1.18 gives z=5.85+or-0.3 and eta =-0.29+or-0.07.
