Abstract
Considering the power balance, load-interruption rate, charge-discharge control of battery and output limit of micro-source as the system constraints, this paper proposes a dynamic multi-objective optimal dispatch model for stand-alone microgrid. And three constraints processing methods including hard constraint processing, flexible constraint processing and reducing dimension constraint processing are used to deal with the system constraints. Then the improved NSGA-II, to which the initial point guide technique is introduced, is used to solve the above model, and a fuzzy decision method is used to select the best multi-objective optimal dispatch solution from the Pareto solution set obtained by the algorithm. Finally, the resident community as a microgrid is taken an example to verify rationality of the model and validity of the mentioned methods.
