Abstract
A large portion of high-level computer programs consists of data declaration. Thus, an increased focus on testing the data flow aspects of programs should be considered. In this paper, we consider testing the data flow in Java programs dynamically. Data flow analysis has been applied for testing procedural and some object-oriented programs. We have extended the dynamic data flow analysis technique to test Java programs and show how it can be applied to detect data flow anomalies.
