Abstract
目的 探讨股骨远端严重粉碎骨折的治疗方法.方法应用动力髁螺钉(dynamic condylarscrow,DCS)内固定并一期植骨治疗股骨远端严重粉碎骨折21例,对术后膝关节功能进行评价.结果 21例病人均获随访,膝关节功能:优7例、良9例、可4例、差1例,优良率近80%.结论动力髁螺钉内固定并一期植骨是治疗股骨远端严重粉碎骨折的一种有效方法。
