Abstract

The domain wall displacement has been studied as a function of pulse width and of pulse field strength in garnet film using the bubble collapse method. The wall oscillation above Walker critical field is clearly demonstrated and these results are interpreted by considering the coherent Walker mode and wall relaxation mechanism. The coherent mode continues for at least two cycles of oscillation in time domain.
