Abstract

According to the lubrication characteristics of grease and lubrication mechanism, concerning the Hamrock-Dowson minimum film thickness formula, this paper analyses the trend and size of oil film thickness change of grease-lubricated ball screw sub under different aviation working conditions to identify the lubrication status. ABAQUS software is used to carry out dynamic simulation and the friction coefficient is selected according to the lubrication state and Stribeck curve to define the contact conditions to obtain the friction torque change curve and the fluctuation curve of axial velocity of the nut under different aerospace working conditions. Finally, a test bench is set up to test and calculate the friction torque of grease-lubricated ball screws to analyze the influence of different aviation working conditions on the dynamic characteristics of grease-lubricated ball screws and to investigate the reasons for the change of dynamic characteristics.
