Abstract

The interface damage between slab track and cement asphalt (CA) mortar is one of the common damages of CRTS II slab track. It is therefore of great engineering significance to study the influence of CA mortar gap on the dynamic response of vehicle-track system. Firstly, a vehicle-track coupling dynamic model considering CA mortar gap is proposed on the basis of the vehicle-track coupling dynamics principle. Secondly, the length, width and height of the CA mortar gap are selected as the key influence parameters. The orthogonal test method is used to design the experiment, and the simulation analysis is carried out according to the experimental design. Finally, the parameter sensitivity analysis of the dynamic response of the wheel-rail system is carried out by the range analysis method. The results show that the influence of CA mortar gap on the dynamic characteristics of vehicle system is small, while the influence of CA mortar gap on the dynamic characteristics of slab track is large. From the sensitivity analysis, the width of CA mortar gap has the largest effect on the dynamic response of vehicle-track system, followed by the length and height of CA mortar gap. In the daily maintenance of slab track, the expansion of the width of CA mortar gap should be strictly controlled.
