Abstract

Nowadays, the relationship between enterprises is becoming increasingly complex. The networking actions of enterprises constitute an innovation network. In the innovation network, enterprises can be divided into core enterprises and non-core enterprises according to some factors. These factors include innovation radiation ability, control, scale, and the position of the central node. Compared with core enterprises, non-core enterprises are often at a disadvantage in many aspects. They need to develop dynamic capabilities internally, reverse overflow knowledge to the innovation network, and finally realize technological innovation to respond to the innovation network, improve the network centrality and obtain a competitive advantage. The existing research on innovation and response is mainly based on the theory of social interaction. There are still many mysteries, such as how to respond to innovation, who will respond to innovation, how to respond to innovation, and the lack of detailed quantitative analysis of the response of innovation actors to innovation connotation. Many places in China are taking measures to improve regional innovation strategy source capability, and the connotation of innovation strategy source capability must involve the response to innovation. The above questions must be answered in the process of regional construction of innovation strategy source highland. Based on dynamic capability, reverse knowledge spillover and technological innovation, this paper establishes a system dynamics model for non-core enterprises to respond to innovation knowledge in innovation network, and analyzes the sensitivity of important variables. The results show that improving the level of innovation strategy can make non-core enterprises spill more knowledge. Improving the innovation process can first improve the dynamic capability of non-core enterprises, but this is a long process, and the results may not be satisfactory. The research uniquely reveals the mechanism of non-core enterprises’ response to innovation, which is of great practical significance to improve the ability of regional innovation strategy.
