Abstract

In the second part of the article the application of the mathematical model of nonlinear oscillations given in the 1st part of the article, to the problems of the dynamics of trusses and truss structures as discrete dissipative systems in respect of physical and constructive nonlinearity is illustrated. The basic equations of the mathematical model of calculation and the method of the interim analysis put in its base and allowing from the same positions to determine the dynamic response of the system for the give types of nonlinearity are demonstrated in the abbreviated form. An example of the interim analysis of vibrations of a 3-rod truss construction on the work of a half-sine pulse load is given. The example considers two options for the design calculation: in the first one there is the analysis of elastic-plastic oscillations with drawing a multi-cycle diagram of deformation for one of the rods; the second one – along with the physically nonlinear the constructive non-linear work of the system associated with the cyclical loss of stability of one of the compressed rods is given. The features of the behavior of parameters of dynamic reaction in nonlinear oscillations are shown.
