Abstract

Brain graph analysis of control and patient groups can be a powerful tool for characterizing functional brain imaging data. Most studies do not focus on connected paths that can occur. In this study we examine whether differences can be found in terms of the characteristics of each path, despite the existence of a path between two distinct brain components in control and patient groups.
