Abstract

本論文は薄肉ウェブ構造平歯車に対して,歯車本体の固有振動数測定を行い,Mindlinの振動方程式による計算結果と比較・検討を加えるとともに負荷運転時の円周,半径および軸方向振動加速度の周波数分布と歯車本体の固有振動の関係について明らかにしている.さらに種々の運転条件下での3方向振動加速度および歯元応力測定を行い,振動加速度,動的歯元応力に及ぼすウェブ構造およびリブの影響などについても検討を加えている.
