Abstract

Based on the basis principle of stepless capacity control system for large reciprocating compressor,equations of suction valve and gas flow in the reflux process are established.The effects of valve lift,valve clearance Mach number,and time of removing actuator force on the dynamic characteristics of valve are analyzed.The dynamic characteristics of valve controlled by actuator are obtained by simulation platform AMESim.The results show that the impact speed of valve on valve stopper increases with the rise of valve lift.In the reflux process,the pressure in the cylinder rises obviously with the increase of Mach number,with a maximum apparently lagging behind the piston speed maximum.After removing actuator force,during the valve closing process,the speed of valve is limited by actuator,and they move together at a low speed.When the valve movement is controlled by actuator,the impact speed of valve keeps constant in spite of the increase of valve lift.
