Abstract

The grate bar is one of the important parts of the inertia resonance probability screen system, which is the main component of coal unloading system in the power plant. Therefore, the dynamic characteristic of the grate bar is studied in this paper. Based on the 3D model, the theory modal analysis of the inertia resonance probability screen grate bar was conducted with ANSYS software and the experimental modal analysis was carried out through LMS Test. Lab Impact Testing system. The results of the theory analysis are in good consistency with those of the experimental analysis, which shows that the finite element model built in this paper is reasonable. This paper provides theoretical reference for vibration and noise reduction of the inertia resonance probability screen grate bar.
