Abstract

In the networking mode of integrated construction and operation of the main network and distribution network, in order to solve the problem of low network resource allocation efficiency in dynamic environment, this paper models the network resource allocation problem as the game problem between the provider and the demander of network resource, and a dynamic resource allocation model is proposed. The stochastic robust optimization method is used to solve the predicted price of the network resource provider, which is used to calculate the optimal bidding strategy of the network resource demander. Based on this model, a dynamic resource allocation algorithm based on VCG mechanism is proposed. Through simulation experiments, it is verified that the resource allocation algorithm proposed in this paper has achieved better results in terms of the total utility and total revenue of network resources compared with the traditional resource allocation algorithm.
