Abstract

As a type of porous material with highly controllable pore structure and surface functionalization, metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) have unique advantages in antibiotic content detection in the environment. Herein, we successfully regulated the luminescent properties of MOF-808 through the in-situ loading of fluorescent dye molecules, and achieved excellent luminescent sensing detection performance for tetracycline antibiotics in water environments (LOD = 79.9 ppb). Additionally, the construction of a convenient luminescent detection test paper sensor provides a new approach and method for the rapid, recyclable detection and monitoring of antibiotics.
