Abstract
Dust electrification measurements for optical glass BaLK, quartz glass “Herasil” and natural quartz monocrystal have been carried out. Before crushing, the materials were irradiated with γ-rays and heat treated. Irradiation causes a decrease in dust electrification. The influence of heat treatment depends on the material. The changes in dust electrification correspond to changes in the optical absorption spectra of the investigated materials.
