Abstract
This study was carried on the thermal analysis due to the winding number of hot wire coil at automotive steering wheel. As the winding number becomes more, the higher the temperature transferred to the temperature of steering wheel becomes higher a little bit. The maximum deformation due to heat is shown at the upper part of steering wheel. The deformation becomes lower at the lower part of steering wheel. As the adequate temperature on the hot wire of steering wheel at driver is analyzed, the result of this study can be useful to develop it with durability.
