Abstract
Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that frequently occurs with atopic comorbidities, including allergic rhinitis (AR). Dupilumab inhibits signaling of interleukin (IL)-4 and IL-13 – key drivers of type 2-mediated inflammation in multiple diseases, including AD and AR. This subgroup analysis evaluated the efficacy of dupilumab with concomitant topical corticosteroids (TCS) for severe AD in children with and without comorbid AR.
