Abstract
Testicular cancer can result in retroperitoneal metastatic disease, requiring further intervention with chemotherapy and/or surgical resection. We present the case of a large retroperitoneal mass concerning for metastasis resulting in the identification of a duodenal duplication cyst rather than metastatic disease.
