Abstract

A novel dual-band power divider based on a stepped-impedance resonators structure for good rejection levels in the extended stopband is presented. The stopband is then extended, and the rejection levels are enhanced by collocating transmission zeros with the unwanted peaks. The simulated and measured results of power divider at 2.3 GHz and 4.7 GHz are given. This kind of power divider has the advantage of better rejection levels in the stopband and return loss compared with traditional dual-band power divider. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
