Abstract

It is very important to understand molecular interaction and deformation for chemistry, biochemistry, drug discovery, and so on. We introduced a biosensing device which could detect mass change, viscoelasticity change, and refractive index change at a time. The device had nanosized honeycomb structure which was formed by a self-organizing process on anodization of Al. As a first examination, we show the results of adsorption of protein to the device surface
