Abstract

2014 A method of numerical analysis of intensity profiles has been developped in order to determine the coefficients of the Fourier series of the crystalline potential. Its application to the study of equal thickness fringes, of rocking curves as well as to the study of plane defects must give interesting information about the degree of validity of the dynamical theory, especially as far as absorption is concerned, and about the limits of experimental investigation.
