Abstract
The Axis II pathology of 26 panic disorder patients was assessed systematically using the SCID semistructured personality disorder interview. The findings suggest a relatively high prevalence of personality disorders in panic patients and support the possible spectrum relationship between panic disorder and the DSM-III Cluster III personality disorders.
