Abstract

A 22 year-old man had buccal and genital aphtae with pseudofolliculitis, polyarthritis, recurrent episodes of ear and nose chondritis. Aortic insufficiency led to replacement with 2 successive prosthetic valve dehiscences. Despite 6 monthly cyclophosphamide and prednisone, he developped a third prosthetic dehiscence and a femoral artery false aneurysm after catheterization.
