Abstract
The processing of multiple-use medical devices (MD) between patient use is an integral part of anti-epidemic measures in a medical organization (MO) and directly affects the safety of medical services. Based on the requirements of the Sanitary Rules and Regulations 2.1.3.2630–10 it is possible to use washing and disinfecting machines for disinfection purposes. At the same time, there remains the problem of organizing the operation of the operating unit and the central medical department of the medical organization for transportation and work with MD contaminated with blood and other biological fluids.

Summary
СанПиН 2.1.3.2630–10 Сбор МИ, загрязненных кровью и другими биологическими жидкостями в непрокалываемый контейнер Транспортировка. После помещения на стеллаж МДМ инструментов, загрязненных биологическими загрязнениями, контейнер закрытого типа также помещается на стеллаж в перевернутом виде для его очистки и дезинфекции, проходящих по тем же программам, что используются для МИ. После очистки и дезинфекции МИ и непрокалываемых контейнеров (контейнеров для стерилизации) извлечение стеллажа из МДМ также должно осуществляться с мерами защиты персонала от термических поражений. При работе на грязной зоне персоналу запрещается прикасаться к МИ, загрязненным биологическими жидкостями, без средств защиты. Средства индивидуальной защиты персонала на грязной зоне ЦСО при работе с МИ, загрязненными биологическими жидкостями:. При этом молекулы мойки будет составлять, как правибелка дробятся на более мелкие ло, большее время, чем для щелочей фрагменты (пептиды, аминокисло- ввиду особенностей действия разты) которые в свою очередь раство- ных по действию моющих средств.
