Abstract
A description is given of a new Drug and Toxicology Information Center that relates closely to a medical library. The advantages accruing to both administrative units as a result of the close relationship are cited. A comparison is made of the University of Tennessee Drug and Toxicology Information Service, with its close relationship with the Medical Units Library, and other Drug Information Centers around the nation. The comparison suggests that close cooperation with a medical library does not always exist, though it would seem desirable or even essential.
