Abstract

Computing and Information Systems instructors recognize a tremendous need to keep programs current and relevant - to give academic programs Curb Appeal. This paper describes how a special topics elective course in a Master's of Science in Information Technology program addresses this need. In Fall, 2015, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), more commonly called drones, was selected as the special topic.
