Abstract
The State Family Planning Commission has issued a document calling for nationwide efforts to ban illegal marriages, especially in the countryside. Government at all levels should take resolute measures to educate people about the Marriage Law and stop violations, according to the recent document issued jointly with the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Ministry of Justice, and the All-China Women's Federation.
